• Harmony Eleven reserves the right to limit or deny a service to people with doubtful behavior.

• Your psychic phone, video or e-mail reading is subject to your own personal interpretation and the guidance given is intended to be for entertainment purposes only. 

• One person only is allowed to participate or to be present in each reading by phone or Skype.

• Your session is not intended to, nor should it ever, take the place of any medical, legal, financial, traditional psychological, or other professional advice and you should always seek the appropriate professional advice. 

• Clients must be 18 years of age or older to book, receive and/or purchase a reading or service.

• Skype readings vary in audio and visual quality based on your internet connection. It is your responsibility to make sure that your Skype  account, camera, microphone and internet connection is working appropriately. Harmony Eleven is not responsible for service interruptions within the Skype network.

• Recording or taping your session with Harmony Eleven is strictly prohibited.

• The use of speakerphone during your session is not permitted.

• Please note that because of Harmony’s busy and unpredictable schedule, on occasion our office may have to reschedule your appointment.

• Sessions with Harmony Eleven are considered digital goods/services and there are no refunds or exchanges of any kind.

 

"Before commencing my psychic phone, video or e-mail reading, I have considered all of the above, and I agree to hold Harmony Eleven free and hold harmless and hereby release and remise Harmony Eleven from any claims, demands, suits for damages, for injury or complications whatever and/or negligence that may result from any psychic reading session. I am well aware that I am the only decision maker in my life and that I am to exercise my FREE WILL in accordance. Which in turn will directly impact the outcome of my reading. Any timeframes or predictions are merely a representation of the POSSIBLE outcome according to my energy and state of mind by the time of the reading. If my energy shifts into a totally different direction from the one at the time of the reading, I understand that I, myself, influenced the outcome or consequences to my reality. Exterior interferences (POI or others) may also apply. For which, I am well aware, I will hold free and release and remise Harmony Eleven from any claims, demands, suits for damages, for injury or complications whatever and/or negligence that may result from any psychic reading session.

I will only apply for spiritual and/or life coaching guidance. None of the guidance or suggestions that will result from the session will impact my FREE WILL."
